In order to ensure the safety of your pets and other guests, we require that all clientele and guests adhere to the following Policies and Procedures.  

Application and waiver: All dogs must have a complete , up-to-date and approved Application Waiver of Liability on file.

Behavior:  All dogs must be non-aggressive and non-food or toy protective with people, other dogs, clientele, guests, and staff members. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dogs. Please remember that your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of your pet and other’s are our main concern.

Drop off/Pick up: Owners must provide written authorization to allow anyone else to pick up their dog, and people who are authorized by you will be required to present a valid picture identification to ensure the safety of your dog. Drop off and pick up of your pet must occur during open business hours or posted/informed. NO early drop offs or late pick ups are allowed. Pets not picked up by closing time will be boarded overnight, and overnight fees will apply. Please call or inform us of any circumstance in advanced to better serve your accommodations.

Feeding:If you would like your dog to be fed during their stay, we request that you bring their regular food to avoid causing digestive issues. We ask that your dogs food be divided into the food portions that you feed if needed and labeled with your pets name, special feeding instructions, etc. If you forget to bring your pets food or you don’t have enough for their stay we will gladly provide our premium house food, however at a possible charge fee of $5.00 per day/pet. Also we may provide your pet with treats through out the day and stay. Please let us know if you do not want your dog to have any treats in advanced.

Health: All dogs must be clean and in good health, and must not have fleas or other parasites. We strongly recommend that your pet receive some form of monthly parasite control treatment plan. If there is any parasites found on your pet, there will be an extra charge fee of $12.00 added to your invoice in order to control such infestation on your pet with any medicated baths, sprays, or shampoos needed. We take highly caution in the cleanliness and sanitation to keep a non-infested grooming/daycare/boarding facility for the comfort of others and there pets. Owners will certify that their pets are in good health and have not been ill with communicable illness or conditions in the last 30 days.

Legal Info: Our Policies, Procedures, Services and Rates may change from time to time. While we will attempt to notify you of these changes, it is your responsibility to check back on our websites regularly so that you are aware of our most current Policies, Procedures, Services, and Rates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Medication: We are happy to give oral or topical medication to your pet(s), but require the following all medications must be in their original container and must include your dog’s name, medication name, medication strength, medication instructions, dosage, time per day give, how much/often, how is administered, illness to treat, area to treat, etc. Any dogs with special need s may incur additional charges if applies.

Services: While we will make every effort to groom, bath, trim nails or any service request, the health and safe well-being of your pet is our first priority. Some dogs become anxious and agitated during these services being performed. Note that we will not perform these services if we feel that the dog’s health and/or safety may be jeopardized.  

Name tags/Collars: All dogs must be wearing a cloth collar with name tags and must be on leash upon entry/admitted. No metal, pinch, choke, beaded, or studded collars will be allowed in any areas of the facility.

Peak Periods: There is a surcharge of $10.00 per dog for boarding and daycare during the following dates which are Major Holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Yrs Day, or any Office Closed days when necessary.

Reservations and cancelations: Reservations for any service provided is required such as Grooming Appointments/ Boarding /Daycare. Any service not cancelled within 24 hrs advanced notice will be charged and billed accordingly for the service.

Risks: Owners understand that any supervised off-leash or on leashed pet  socialization and interaction behavior between our guests, or other pets may happen. Owners also acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable in behavior, and are aware of the risks involved in such play, and assume all risks.

Safety Issues: In order to maintain a safe play environment for the  dogs, any dog that misbehaves will be given a time out from the daycare area.  Because excessive barking can escalate the intensity of the pack dynamic., we reserve the right to remove such dogs from the boarding/daycare.

Spay and Neuter: Puppies younger than 6 months old may be intact, but all dogs over 6 months of age are encourage to be spayed and neutered in order for them to interact and play or be part of any socializing areas with other dogs. Note; If the pet is not FIXED, or are found to be in HEAT? The pet will not participate in any play activities or socializations during their visit/stay.

Vaccination Policy: All canine guests must have up-to-date vaccinations in order to be a member of our pack. Owners must submit written proof of the following current  vaccines for any services provided Grooming/boarding/daycare. DHPP (DISTEMPER, HEPATITIS, PARINFLUENZA, AND PARVOVIRUS. BORDATELLA (KENNEL COUGH), AND RABIES.You are encourage to bring a copy of your pets records or simply have the Veterinarian fax the records directly to us at (530) 458-4698 or email to It is the ongoing responsibility of the owner to provide verification that vaccinations are current. We may make every effort to remind you before your dog’s vaccinations expire. In the event that your pet is exempt from vaccinations, due to age, health issues, or else? we would need a Veterinarian's note indicating such health issues.  

What to Bring: For daycare: please bring leash, a suitable dog collar, pet name tags w/owners info, any food or treats that you would like your pooch to be fed throughout the day. For overnight boarding: please bring all food, treats, medication, toys, or bedding that can be laundered in a washer and dryer and anything else that would like your dog to make his stay and visit more like home and comfortable. PLEASE DO NOT BRING DOG FOOD BOWELS/WATER DISHES AS WE PROVIDE THEM, unless its specifically needed otherwise.
